The research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive-analytical approach. The findings indicate that technology and social media offer significant opportunities for dakwah due to their wide accessibility and creative tools for message delivery. Additionally, their curiosity and openness to in-depth learning about global issues present opportunities for comprehensive religious education. However, there are significant challenges, such as distractions from non-religious content, the influence of secularism and materialism, and cultural and value diversity. Effective dakwah strategies include utilizing technology and social media to create creative and engaging content, as well as digital platforms for dakwah dissemination. Consequently, preachers and Islamic organizations need to adapt their dakwah methods to effectively leverage technology and social media, such as producing content that aligns with Gen-Z’s preferences and using platforms they frequent.
Azwar Azwar, Iskandar Iskandar Copyright (c) 2024 Azwar Azwar, Iskandar Iskandar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://litera-academica.com/ojs/dirasah/article/view/3 Wed, 31 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Pernikahan Wanita Hamil karena Perzinahan (Studi Perbandingan Antara Madzhab al-Arba’ah dan Kompilasi Hukum Islam) https://litera-academica.com/ojs/dirasah/article/view/7
Marriage of a pregnant woman due to adultery is a woman who becomes pregnant due to adultery before carrying out the marriage contract, then is married to the man who impregnated her. Seeing the facts now, many women become pregnant outside of marriage, because of the excessive freedom of association between men and women, without thinking, what if pregnancy occurs. In Islamic law, people who have sexual relations outside of marriage are punished for adultery, if a woman who commits adultery becomes pregnant, then the scholars Imam a-Syafi'i, Imam abu Hanifah, Imam Malik, and Imam Ahnad bin Hanbal have different opinions, whether a woman who is pregnant due to adultery may marry the man who impregnated her or another man or not. While in the Compilation of Islamic Law, the permissibility of pregnant marriage is seen from Article 53 paragraph (1) of the Law. This permissibility is based on considerations related to the aim of maintaining the welfare of the baby she is carrying in order to maintain the honor of her lineage so that it is not mixed with the sperm of another man, and of course also to maintain the child's survival.
Kasman Bakry, Armida Abdurrahman, Fariyanti Fariyanti Copyright (c) 2024 Kasman Bakry, Armida Abdurrahman, Fariyanti Fariyanti https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://litera-academica.com/ojs/dirasah/article/view/7 Wed, 31 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Ikhtilaf dalam Tafsir Al-Qur’an dan Kedudukannya dalam Hukum Islam https://litera-academica.com/ojs/dirasah/article/view/8
This study aims to describe the types of ikhtilaf that occur in the interpretation of the Qur'an based on the factors that cause the ikhtilaf and its position in Islamic law. This study uses a qualitative method with a content analysis approach. The results of this study indicate that based on the causal factors, ikhtilaf consists of: ikhtilaf based on the text (tafsir bi al-ma'ṡūr) and ikhtilaf based on other than the text (tafsir bi al-ra'yi). Ikhtilaf based on the text tends to be varied (ikhtilāf tanawwu'), reflecting flexibility and the ability to adapt in the application of Islamic law according to various contexts and situations. In contrast, ikhtilaf based on other than the text is often contradictory (ikhtilāf taḍāḍ), indicating that there is room for ijtihad and diverse interpretations in complex situations. However, due to its contradictory nature, this ikhtilāf often requires a deeper resolution to reach consensus or at least tolerance of the differences.
Muhammad Ikhsan, Azwar Azwar Copyright (c) 2024 Muhammad Ikhsan, Azwar Azwar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/4.0 https://litera-academica.com/ojs/dirasah/article/view/8 Wed, 31 Jul 2024 00:00:00 +0000 Keabsahan Penggunaan Campuran Air dan Cairan Antiseptik Perspektif Fikih Taharah (Studi Komparatif Mazhab Hanafi dan Syafii) https://litera-academica.com/ojs/dirasah/article/view/9
This study aims to determine and understand the validity of the use of water mixed with antiseptic from the perspective of taharah fiqh according to the views of the Hanafi and Syafii schools. This study uses a qualitative descriptive research type (non-statistical) using the library research method (literature review) which focuses on the study of manuscripts and texts, using the descriptive method of comparative study analysis. The results of this study indicate that there are differences in views between the Hanafi and Syafii schools on the validity of the use of water mixed with antiseptic for taharah. First, the Hanafi school views water mixed with antiseptic liquid as holy and purifying. While the Syafii school views water mixed with antiseptic liquid as holy but not purifying. Second, the Hanafi school of thought and the Syafii school of thought differ regarding changes in the nature of water to the standard of whether the water is still purifying or not. In the view of the Hanafi school of thought, changing one of the properties of water does not eliminate the standard of purification, whereas in the Syafii school of thought changing one of the properties is enough to make the water lose its standard of purification. Third, both schools of thought agree that if a sacred object and water are mixed and the sacred object becomes dominant then the standard for purifying it will disappear. The arguments used by the two schools of thought all come from the Al-Qur'an and Sunnah and the opinions of the ulama, but the cause of differences of opinion is the interpretation and understanding of these arguments.
Ronny Mahmuddin, Rustam Efendi, Abd.
