<p><em>This research discusses the analysis of inheritance law in the Book of Fathul Mu'in which is taught in book subjects at the Raudlatul Muhibbin Al-Mustainiyyah Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. The background to this research stems from the importance of understanding Islamic inheritance law as part of muamalah fiqh which has direct implications in the social life of Muslims, as well as the role of Islamic boarding schools as traditional educational institutions in preserving and teaching classical Islamic law. The aim of this research is to analyze the concept, application and relevance of inheritance law contained in Fathul Mu'in to the practice of book learning in the Islamic boarding school. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a library research method supported by observations and interviews with caregivers and students. Data were analyzed through the stages of reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that Fathul Mu'in provides a systematic explanation of the parts of heirs, the causes of inheritance, as well as the principles of justice in the distribution of inherited assets according to Islamic law. <p><em>Indonesia’s growing role in the global halal economy highlights the necessity of a well-developed halal infrastructure that ensures product integrity, strengthens consumer trust, and enhances industry competitiveness. However, existing studies and national practices tend to focus on isolated elements such as certification or logistics, resulting in fragmented implementation and uneven institutional capacity across regions. This study aims to provide an integrated analysis of halal infrastructure covering certification governance, halal laboratory networks, halal logistics, and digital traceability systems and examine how these components collectively reinforce the Sharia economic ecosystem in Indonesia. Using a qualitative literature review supported by policy reports and empirical case documentation, the study synthesizes Institutional Theory, the Resource-Based View, and the maqā</em><em>ṣ</em><em>id al-sharī‘ah framework to analyze structural, operational, and ethical dimensions. The findings show that coordinated institutional arrangements, capacity development of laboratories, and digital integration significantly enhance efficiency and credibility, although disparities remain in regional access and SME readiness. <p><em>This study is motivated by the epistemic gap that has emerged in contemporary da'wah practices, where the normative-textual approach has not been able to address the social complexities characterized by value fragmentation, identity polarization, and changes in social structures. The objectives of this study are (1) to identify forms of epistemic gaps in normative da'wah, (2) to explain why da'wah approaches have not optimally utilized sociological analysis tools, (3) to formulate the relevance of the sociological approach as an integrative methodology for reading the social problems of the ummah, and (4) to construct a transformational da'wah model based on structure-agency analysis. This study uses a qualitative-exploratory design with a critical and interpretive sociological approach. Data were collected through a comprehensive literature review of reputable articles, classical-contemporary sociological theories, and the latest da'wah research findings. Analysis was conducted using thematic analysis and a structure-agency interpretive framework to produce conceptual synthesis and operational models. The results of this study indicate that normative da'wah faces three major crises: a crisis in interpreting social reality, a methodological crisis in problem mapping, and a crisis of relevance in the context of digital society. The sociological approach has proven capable of providing powerful analytical tools for diagnosing the root causes of social problems and formulating da'wah interventions that are more responsive, empirical, and transformation-oriented. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the need for a new paradigm of da'wah that is diagnostic, contextual, and evidence-based, which is realized through a structural agent based transformational intervention model. This model not only strengthens theoretical contributions in the development of da'wah science and sociology, but also provides practical implications for the formulation of da'wah strategies that are relevant to contemporary social dynamics.</em></p>Moh. <p><em>This study examines in depth the integration of fiqh munakahat (Islamic jurisprudence) into the Islamic boarding school curriculum, focusing primarily on KH. Musta'in Nasoha's book, Tuhfah al-Rāghib fī Syar</em><em>ḥ</em><em> al-Taqr</em><em>ī</em><em>b (The Book of Tuhfah al-R</em><em>ā</em><em>ghib f</em><em>ī</em><em> Syar</em><em>ḥ</em><em> al-Taqr</em><em>ī</em><em>b). As a Shafi'i fiqh work, this book not only outlines the normative aspects of marriage law but also teaches ethics, morality, and family responsibilities. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study. The results show that this book is integrated through classical learning methods such as bandongan (the discussion of the Islamic jurisprudence), sorogan (the discussion of Islamic jurisprudence), and marriage contract simulations. <p><em>This research employs a qualitative approach through an interview with a resource person who has studied and mastered traditional Islamic texts (kitab kuning), particularly Rawai‘ul Bayan. The findings show that the Nikah chapter does not only discuss formal legal aspects—such as the pillars and conditions of marriage, guardians (wali), dowry (mahar), and the rights and obligations of spouses—but also contains profound educational values for Islamic family life. These include values of responsibility, justice, love and compassion (mawaddah wa rahmah), communication, patience, and moral ethics in family building. Such values are essential for creating a harmonious and blessed family (sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah) as taught in the Qur’an. The application of these teachings in the pesantren environment helps students not only understand marriage law theoretically but also practice it in real life. <p><em>This study aims to critically analyze the methods, approaches, and relevance of teaching the Nikah (marriage) chapter from Fathul Wahhab at Pondok Pesantren Raudhatul Muhibbin AlMustainiyah, Surakarta. The research focuses on how students’ understanding of marriage concepts within the Shafi‘i school of Islamic jurisprudence is shaped through the traditional kitab kuning (classical Islamic text) learning system, while also responding to contemporary social and legal dynamics. This qualitative research employs a descriptive-analytical method. Data were collected through observation, interviews with teachers and students, and analysis of the instructional materials. The findings reveal that the teaching process remains centered on bandongan and sorogan methods but has been contextualized with modern phenomena such as marriage registration, the role of guardians (wali), and the issue of early marriage. The critical analysis indicates that this educational approach not only preserves the classical values of Shafi‘Analysis i jurisprudence but also creates opportunities for integrating Islamic legal thought with social realities. <p><em>Indonesia is known as a country with diverse cultures, religions, and traditions that continue to thrive and develop within society. Among these various religious practices, tahlilan is one tradition that is still practiced by Muslims today. This study aims to deepen the understanding of the normative basis of tahlilan based on tauhid zikr, prayers for the deceased from the Quran and hadith, as well as its socio-cultural values such as solidarity and religious moderation. This study applies a qualitative research method that mainly relies on literature sources. The references used are from nationally and internationally accredited journals and scientific articles published in the last five years. This literature review is expected to broaden the understanding of the tahlilan tradition, thereby providing a solid foundation for analyzing the issues under study. Various previous studies have shown that tahlilan is the result of the acculturation of Islam with local culture since the Islamization of Java. <p><em>This study investigates the role of Rohmatul Ummah fi Ikhtilafil A’immah by Sadruddin Abu Abdillah Muhammad bin Abdurrahman al-Dimasyqi al- Khatib al-Utsmani as a primary reference in teaching the chapter of marriage (bab nikah) at Pondok Pesantren Raudlatul Muhibbin Al- Mustainiyyah, Surakarta. The text is a work of comparative fiqh that systematically, succinctly, and objectively maps the divergences of legal opinion among the four major Sunni schools: Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi’i, and Hanbali. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, this research explores the pedagogical application of the book, its relevance within the pesantren fiqh curriculum, and its influence on students’ legal reasoning. Data were obtained through interviews, classroom observation, and document analysis, and processed using Miles and Huberman’s interactive model (data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing). The findings demonstrate that Rohmatul Ummah remains highly significant in fiqh education, fostering awareness of khilafiyah, promoting tolerance toward plural legal views, and facilitating the integration of classical jurisprudence with Indonesian positive law, notably the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and Law No. 1 of 1974 on Marriage. <p><em>This study aims to examine the concept of witness validity in Ibn Ruslan's Alfiyyah Zubad and its implementation in the study of the book at the Raudlatul Muhibbin Al-Mustainiyyah Islamic Boarding School in Surakarta. This study is important because the issue of testimony is one of the main aspects of Islamic law that is directly related to the upholding of justice and the moral integrity of the community. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through documenting the text of the book, indirect observation, and online communication with sources via WhatsApp. Primary data was obtained from the text of Alfiyyah Zubad and statements from ustadz and students, while secondary data came from various classical fiqh books, Islamic boarding school education books, and related scientific journals. The results of the study show that Ibn Ruslan emphasized two main requirements for witness validity, namely personal requirements and substantive requirements. Personal requirements include justice (‘adālah), honesty, the ability to provide consistent testimony, and freedom from personal interests. Meanwhile, substantive requirements require that testimony be given based on direct observation (musyāhadah) and not contradictory. The principle of caution in accepting testimony is also a characteristic of Islamic law, evident in the stipulations on the number of witnesses in cases of adultery and social transactions. <p><em>This study aims to examine the level and characteristics of learning interest among students at SMP Al-Qur’an Wahdah Islamiyah Cibinong and to identify the factors influencing it. The research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive approach, involving 43 students aged 12–17 years and using a questionnaire adapted from Darmadi’s learning interest scale, covering indicators of enjoyment, interest, attention, and involvement. The findings indicate that students’ learning interest falls within the moderate or fairly good category, with an empirical mean score of 124.79. Indicators of enjoyment, interest, and involvement were categorized as high, while students’ attention was moderate. These results suggest that students have a positive learning interest, particularly in affective and behavioral dimensions, but there is still room for improvement, especially in enhancing attention during learning. The study provides both theoretical and practical contributions by guiding schools to develop integrative, interactive, and value-based learning strategies, foster motivation, and create a supportive learning environment aligned with Islamic education principles, promoting lifelong learning.</em></p> <p> </p>Iskandar IskandarSamsuddin SamsuddinAgusman AgusmanSuratman Trias Ramli
